1. Program Description

WaveCrest BH provides automated and personalized mobile text alerts for virtual support group attendees. These messages help you stay on track with your sessions by providing 15-minute reminders before groups begin and follow-up support if you’re having trouble logging in.

2. Message Frequency

When you join our groups, you can expect to receive recurring messages. We typically send two messages per scheduled session: one reminder 15 minutes prior to the start time and a follow-up 15 minutes after the start time if you haven’t yet joined the virtual room.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You’re in control of the messages you receive. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send the “STOP” message, we’ll send you one final SMS to confirm that you’ve been unsubscribed. Once this is done, you won’t receive any more text messages from us unless you choose to sign up again.

4. Help and Support

If you’re experiencing issues with our messaging program or have questions, you can get help by texting the keyword HELP to our number. You can also reach out to us directly through our support email or office phone number for additional assistance.

5. Rates and Costs

WaveCrest BH doesn’t charge you a fee to receive these reminders, but standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. We recommend checking with your specific carrier to understand any costs associated with sending or receiving text messages on your plan.

6. Carriers and Delivery

Our messages are delivered through major mobile carriers. While we strive for timely delivery, neither WaveCrest BH nor the mobile carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Factors like signal strength or carrier outages can occasionally impact when a text reaches your phone.

7. Privacy

We value your digital security as much as your clinical care. Your personal information and phone number are handled according to our Privacy Policy. We don’t share or sell your mobile data to third parties for marketing purposes.
